Chef Natalie has been in the food service industry for more than 20 years. She is the founder of Fleur De Cuisine Private Chef and Catering Services and has been directly involved in creating Culinary Experiences. Her successful career spans over 15 years as a Personal Chef/ Event and Catering Manager/ Restaurant Owners/ Pop Up Restaurants/Food and Beverage Directors and Concierge Services. Chef Natalie has always been inspired by her family’s cooking. Her Caribbean and African American Heritage can be tasted throughout each dish she makes with love. She started her career in the restaurant industry but soon found herself in demand by the likes of some of the world’s top executives, celebrities and high profile moguls. Her skills are highly recognized and highly respected and featured in several magazines, including Food and Beverage Director, Food Management Magazine, the LA Times and Huffington Post. She appreciates being able to offers everyone the opportunity to enjoy exclusive experiences tailored to their needs. Anything from working within the private home environment, in addition to bringing culinary satisfaction through meal planning, chefs on demand, private culinary classes and events and catering execution, custom virtual experience boxes, or private chef meals to go; she ensures all your needs are accommodated.
