With 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Keith has been exploring a broad spectrum of various cuisines for the majority of his life. His experience in vegan, macrobiotic and plant-based cooking, as well as international and globally inspired restaurant cuisine have given him exceptional versatility in the kitchen.
I was formally trained through an apprenticeship program for fine French cuisine by Master Chef Milos Cihelka at the Golden Mushroom in Southfield, Michicgn. Chef Milos was the very first Master Chef in America, and he is the only chef in the world with multiple European culinary gold medals.
After exploring the cross-cultural food scene in Berkeley as a teenager, Chef Stephanie fell in love with every type of ethnic food she could find, and she never looked back.

Cooking with family from a young age, I knew I wanted to cook preferssionally. I spent most of my career working in Miami and was lucky to work with James Beard nominated chefs.

I grew up working in my grandma’s restaurant. As a professional chef, I’ve worked with such greats as Enrique Pujol, Jose Andres, Maritza Taylor, Greg Fox and many others, all of which gave me the unique tapestry which is my cooking style.
I grew up in a family of female cooks, in a fishing town in the south of Mexico to a Mexican mother and a French father. Very early on, I was introduced to traveling, and with that came discovering the marvels of new cuisines and cultures.
A Marin County native, Chef Katie specializes in holistic, healing, natural foods carefully sourced from small local growers and purveyors.
