I grew up in the East Bay, started traveling before I could talk, and I haven’t stopped. I’ve experienced food through those travels, cooking, farming, food science, you name it. I love gardening, nurturing growing plants, and knowing where my food comes from.
A native of Paris, Chef Dominique has cooked at Michelin-star restaurants in his native France and eventually settled in California, where he refined a unique style of American-influenced classic French cuisine.
Trained by the world’s best French chefs, Chef Bruno elevates Silicon Valley multifamily events with unique brunches, catering, and cooking classes.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I acquired a interest in cooking in 2005 while living in the Bay Area, having worked at two Michelin Star restaurants: The Village Pub and Trevese.
