After exploring the cross-cultural food scene in Berkeley as a teenager, Chef Stephanie fell in love with every type of ethnic food she could find, and she never looked back.
I grew up in the East Bay, started traveling before I could talk, and I haven’t stopped. I’ve experienced food through those travels, cooking, farming, food science, you name it. I love gardening, nurturing growing plants, and knowing where my food comes from.
A native of Paris, Chef Dominique has cooked at Michelin-star restaurants in his native France and eventually settled in California, where he refined a unique style of American-influenced classic French cuisine.
