Chef Bio
I started cooking at a young age with my grandparents and my mother, and I was fortunate enough to get a few restaurant jobs as a teenager. I soon fell in love with kitchens, cooking, and knew I wanted to become a Chef. I spent most of my career working in Miami and was lucky to work with James Beard nominated chefs. In 2023, I moved to the DMV and am excited to taste the town and get my hands on Virginia’s produce and wines!

If I were a spice, I would be…
It would be Schichimi -Togarashi. It’s the perfect blend for topping Rice, Ramen, Sushi, and Eggs!

I love bringing people together around a table to recharge, as well as making new memories.
What are your top three go-to pantry items?
My favorite Pantry items are Castelvstrano Olives, canned Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Pine Nuts. All you need for a quick pasta!
