Chef Bio

I grew up in a family of female cooks, in a fishing town in the south of Mexico to a Mexican mother and a French father. Very early on, I was introduced to traveling, and with that came discovering the marvels of new cuisines and cultures. At 17 years old, I moved to the South of France, searching for the culinary fulfillment of my ancestors, realizing that cooking was the fire that fueled my soul. Since then, I have made it my life mission to awaken this fire within other people through delicious foods and grounding culinary experiences.
